Escort & Transportation Service

If you are an AAPI who feels unsafe traveling alone in the bay area, these are community services that will help escort and/or alleviate the transportation cost.

Community Living Campaign

Description: Provide wrap-around support for older adults and those living with disabilities to help get them to vaccine appointments by assisting with covering San Francisco's Essential Trips Card (ETC) and providing financial assistance to cover the user's share of the cost, as well as assisting with coordinating Lyft rides to vaccine appointments.

Essential Trips Card - Discounted/ Free Taxi Credits for Seniors/ Folks w/ Disabilities

Description: Help seniors and people with disabilities make essential trips in taxis during the COVID-19 pandemic

Eligibility:

  • Age 65 or older

  • Have a disability

  • Those with health conditions or mobility challenges that prevent them from using Muni or accessing nearby transit stops or stations

Description: Assist seniors who have been afraid to go out to the bank, post office and doctor's office because of recent attacks.
